At Jackson’s we pride ourselves in the quality of our meats. We strive for top quality across all our ranges and bring
our customers only the best. We farm a large number of cattle and sheep at our farm set in the lush County Antrim
countryside with quality and the provenance of beef production paramount to our retail business. We specialize in
Charolais and Limousin cattle and our beef is butchered the traditional way and matured on the bone for a
minimum of 21 days in our dry-aged meat storeroom to provide tender, succulent and flavoursome meat.
We also allow our lambs to dry age in our maturing facility to guarantee supreme tenderness.
We also carry a full range of locally farmed pork, chicken and turkey that is hand selected and purchased through
local markets. All our sausages and burgers are made on the premises. Cooking daily with our own produce
ensures all our Ready Made Meals available to customers are healthy, fresh and tasty. Our range includes cottage
pies, lasagne, steak & onion and mince pies, cornish pasties, sausage rolls, chicken & pasta broccoli bake, quiches,
spaghetti bolognese and freshly made soups.
